Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to review materials posted to the Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to terminate User's access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason.
User Accounts and Registration
Users may need to create an account to access the Services and may also need to create an account with a third-party platform. Users must complete the registration process by providing Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. with current, complete, and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form.
User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account, and for any and all activities that occur under their account. User agrees to notify Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. will not be liable for any loss resulting from someone else using User's password or account.
Purchases and Payment
Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. offers the following services: marketing consulting, marketing funnel development, traffic generation for online schools, and CRM automation system development. Upon submitting a purchase or signing a service agreement, you confirm that all information provided is correct and accurate, and that you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes and fees as specified on the checkout page or invoice.
Upon completion of purchase, the User will receive an email confirming the purchase and informing them of the appropriate next steps. All payments are processed through an independent third-party service. The Website does not store any payment information, such as credit card numbers.
The Company is released from any obligation if payment through the available methods fails or is refused by your provider. You will be solely responsible for all costs incurred as a result, including any additional fees due to an unfulfilled order.
Marketing consulting, funnel development, traffic management, and CRM automation services may be offered on a project basis or as a monthly retainer. The terms, scope, and payment schedule for each engagement will be specified in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Monthly retainer services begin on the date payment is received and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.
Refund Policy
All sales of Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. services are final. Due to the nature of our services — which include marketing consulting, funnel development, traffic campaigns, and custom CRM automation — refunds are not available once work has commenced or access to deliverables has been granted.
If a service has been purchased but work has not yet commenced and no deliverables have been shared, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at [email protected] to discuss your situation. Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. reserves the right to review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve or deny them after full investigation.
User Submissions
Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. does not claim ownership of materials User provides, including feedback, suggestions, content, or other information submitted in connection with the Services. However, by submitting such material, User grants Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such material in connection with the operation of its business and Services.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of User's submissions. Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. is under no obligation to post or use any submission and may remove any submission at any time in its sole discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM IS AT USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER ZAKKERY MARKETING GROUP INC., ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS WARRANT THAT ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM, OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR CONTENT OF ANY INFORMATION, SERVICE, OR DELIVERABLE PROVIDED THROUGH ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM.

Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL ZAKKERY MARKETING GROUP INC., OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM OR ITS SERVICES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ZAKKERY-MARKETING.COM OR ITS SERVICES. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF ANY RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION.

Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, service outages resulting from equipment and/or software failure, telecommunications failures, power failures, network failures, or failures of third-party service providers. The party affected by any such event shall notify the other party within a maximum of fifteen (15) days from its occurrence. The performance of this Agreement shall be suspended for as long as any such event prevents the affected party from performing its obligations.

Termination
Either Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. or User may terminate this Agreement at any time. Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. shall have the right to immediately terminate User's account in the event of any conduct by User which Zakkery Marketing Group Inc., in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by User of this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any operating rules for zakkery-marketing.com established by Zakkery Marketing Group Inc. constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
